How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using your KNET, credit card, or in cash on delivery

Which Currency is accepted?

We accept the local currency. For example in Kuwait, we accept KWD

Will I get discount when ordering large quantities?

There will be no additional discounts for larger quantities. However, always keep an eye out for different offers, bundles, and sales that are often available on our website

Can I see the items somewhere? Do you have showrooms?

Since having a showroom defeats the purpose of a convenient online shopping experience, we do make sure each product is showcased with an adequate number of images along with an extensive and thorough item description that you can always rely on. Furthermore, our Customer Service team is always ready to assist you to the best of their ability in case you had any additional questions.

Is online payment by credit card secured?

All our online payment methods are 100% secure.

Can I cancel or modify my orders?

As long as the order is not packed yet, you can contact us and we will assist you

How long does it take to for my order to get delivered?
For orders placed within Kuwait – within 48 working Hours

For orders placed outside the state of Kuwait – within 7 working days

To avoid any delay, please make sure to put the complete address details and contact number when placing your order.

How can I track my delivery status? You can check your order status  through My Orders tab, from your Account Menu inside Alfawares  website.

Can I unpack and try the items on before I pay for the order? Due to hygienic reasons you cant try any of beauty products.

Can I return or exchange an item? Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:

The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt. The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase. Cosmetics  must be returned without opening and/or using the product while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging. You can change any product by choosing another size while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements. When you open are neither returnable nor replaced.

How do I change my personal information?

  2. Click on My Account at the top of the page
  3. Click on Edit
  4. Edit the info you would like to modify
  5. Press the Save button.

How do I reset my password?

  5. Fill in the required fields
